Bean salad

Ingredients:

410g chickpeas(drained)

410g red kidney beans(drained)

410g butter beans

410 baked beans

Robbot peppers half of each

1/2 cup chopped baaby marrows

1/2 cup sliced carrots

1 medium onion

1 tbs spices of your choice

Fresh green beans(blanched)

1 tbs garlic minced

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup chutney or sweet chilli sauce

1 tbs oil,salt and pepper to taste.

1kg beef stew

Must have the following things:

1 onion chopped

1 clove of garlic,minced

1 tbs paprika

1 tbs BBQ spice

1 tbs curry paste

1/2 cup plain yoghurt
