Panna cotta topped with raspberries

Yesterday's dessert, Hubby cooked Seven colours and nna I made dessert 😋😋

Try out this yummy recipe 😋

Panna cotta topped with raspberries 


Ingredients:


15ml unflavored powdered gelatin

2 tablespoon water

500ml heavy cream 

¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence


Instructions:


Place water in a small bowl to dissolve your gelatin, Let stand for 5-10 minutes to soften.


Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat cream, sugar, vanilla essence on medium heat and bring just to a boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and Stir in gelatin and immediately whisk until smooth and dissolved. 


Pour cream into cups and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or until completely set.


SAUCE:


1 cup of raspberries

1/4 water

1 teaspoon vanilla essense

1/4 cup caster sugar


Method:


Place the raspberries, sugar, vanilla and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Stir for 2 minutes until thickened and the fruit breaks down.
