No cheese? No problem! No cream? No Problem! Creamy Mac and mince with a Greek salad.

Ingredients :

1 Onion

4 Cloves of garlic

1 Red Pepper

2 tomatoes diced

500g Macaroni

Salt and Pepper

Paprika

2 Beef tubes Milk, flour and oil for the sauce.

Method Chop all ingredients and fry in a pan with spices and the mince. Boil Macaroni as per packet instructions.

To make the sauce Pour oil in a pan and slowly introduce flour, whisking continuously until flour turns slightly golden, slowly add milk while whisking until you reach your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper/aromat to flavour.

Drain Macaroni and mix well with fried ingredients. Pour in a baking casserole dish, pour white sauce over it and bake for 7minutes. Enjoy
