Cleanse Your Liver With This Powerful Juice Recipe.

500 ml of water, (boiled and cooled)

6 fresh lemons ginger root

4 garlic bulbs

4 mint leaves

3 tablespoons linseed oil

3 grapefruits

little cumin powder


Squeeze the lemons and the grapefruits. Then shred the ginger and the garlic and place them in a blender; add some water. Strain the combination to leave out any large pieces. Add the 500 ml of water, the ginger and garlic juice and the lemon and grapefruit juice in blender and keep adding the mint, the cumin powder and the linseed oil. As a final step, add the garlic and ginger juice, stir a bit more and your juice is ready.

There are tips for how you can do liver cleanse. First, suggestion, consume fresh, raw fruits and vegetables on the first and on the 5th day, eat this liver cleansing juice fast on days, three and four. The second suggestion is to do a 5-day liver cleaning juice, drinking only liquids for the entire duration of the cleanse.
