Mogodu is a South African dish. Mogodu is a stew made of chopped serobe (tripe) and mala (intestines), often served with hot pap or dumplings. Mala (in Setswana/Sotho) refers to the intestines of a mammal, usually a cow or sheep. Monday is the most beautiful day. You have just come back from the weekend ready to face the week, but it would not be a complete Monday without a simple mogodu meal. We all know this recipe takes time to be fully cooked.
