Peel and cube 10 large potatoes.
Boil the potatoes in water seasoned with salt until they are fork tender.
Once cooked, put them in a large bowl and let them cool. - should take approximately between 15 and 30 minutes.
Once cooked, add mayonnaise of your choice and sprinkle fresh parsley and herbs.
2. Roasted veg.
Cut up a variety of vegetables roughly, carrots, potatoes, sweetcorn, tomatoes and sweet potatoes.
Salt your veggies with salt, peppers, chilli flakes and spices of your choice.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Oput it in the oven at 180° until golden brown.
3. Creamy Spinach.
Clean your spinach and cut it up. Fry it in olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add half a cup of fresh cream and let it simmer, season and salt to test.
Garnish with fresh cherry tomatoes
