Baby Marrow Fritters

Yummy baby marrow Fritters to enjoy with family



300g Baby Marrow, grated

1/2 cup Cake Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 handful Green Onion, chopped

1/3 ml Parmesan Cheese

1 ½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning

1 egg

1tsp garlic, crushed



Grate Baby Marrows into a bowl

Add Green Onion, Flour, Baking Powder and mix

Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic and Egg

Mix well until everything is well combined

On the stove heat Oil in an nonstick skillet

Using an ice cream scoop, make a ball

Place on heated Oil, press and flatten with an egg lifter

Fry until golden each side, put on the kitchen paper towel to absorb Oil

Repeat the process until the Baby Marrow mixture is finished

Arrange into a platter and serve


Tip: add Oil bit by bit when frying, can be enjoy with spooned Sour Cream
