Stop Hair Loss and Make Your Hair Grow Like ”Crazy” With THIS 2-Minute Homemade Recipe

Hair loss is a common medical and aesthetic issue affecting both men and women. There are many factors that contribute to this problem including poor hygiene, inadequate cosmetic products, aging and last, but not least, genetics.

When it comes to the use of wrong cosmetic products, the harsh chemicals they contain can seriously harm your scalp and hair. It’s very important to minimize your use of hair straighteners in order to promote faster and healthier hair growth.

As an alternative for expensive hair growth products, this natural mask can give you the same, if not better results.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following

– 1 banana

– 1 egg

– 1 tbsp. honey

– 1/2 cup black beer

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Apply the mixture on your scalp and hair, wrap with a towel and leave to act for 1-2 hours.
  3. Wash your hair as you normally do.
  4. Do the treatment once a week for one month.

Why are these ingredients beneficial?

Bananas are rich in vitamins B, A, C, E and minerals such as calcium, phosphor and azote, as well as carbohydrates, all of which are essential for proper metabolic function. They are commonly referred to as the ‘golden fruits’ in Ayurveda medicine. As of lately, bananas are frequently used in the cosmetic industry owing to the large amounts of tryptophan, an essential amino acid.

Abundant in vitamin B and D, essential for proper body function, eggs are a great contribution to facial and hair masks. Moreover, they are a rich source of amino acids and lecithin.

The nutritional properties of honey can effectively stimulate hair growth, making it at the same time softer and more manageable. Plus, honey successfully fights the damage caused by environmental toxins thus preventing hair follicle degeneration.

In addition, honey is abundant in vitamins C, A, D, K, B complex, organic acids, minerals, including potassium, phosphor, chloride, sodium, etc., which makes it a common ingredient in a number of face, hair and body care products.

Black beer

Black beer packs a large amount of unfermented sugars, organic acids, mineral salts, vitamins, such as B1, B2, B6, and PP. Plus, it’s a rich source of flavonoids.
