Stretch properly before you start, it does not matter if you spend a whole 10 minutes stretching. It helps open up your pores and gets your blood pumping. Drink a lot of water when you workout because we don't want to make your body stiff. The aim of working out is to give contrast to your body, to give you that soft but muscular body. You can also look like those perfect people if you try.
