A Skin care routine can help you maintain skin health.

No matter what your skin type is, a daily skin care routine can help you maintain overall skin health and improve specific concerns like acne, scarring, and dark spots.

These are the steps you can do once in the morning and once before you sleep.

1. Cleansing. You can choose a cleanser that matches your skin type, that doesn't t leave your skin tight after washing.

2. Serum. Choose a serum with vitamin C or growth factor or peptides would be better in the morning. And in the evening, retinol work best.

3. Moisturizer. Use a moisturizer that fits well with your skin type. For oily skin, use one that is lightweight, and gel based. For dry skin use more cream based moisturizer.

Skin routines are not only for woman, even if you are a man, you need to take good care of your skin. Everyone deserves to look good and to have beautiful and glowing skin.

And to top it all you need to eat healthy, healthy foods will help you maintain a healthy skin. Limit the sugar and the fat intake. Take it easy on those acidic drinks. It does not mean that you have to cut out everything, you just need to limit on all those unhealthy foods.
