Ways to get rid of wrinkles naturally.

The reality is that nobody likes to get old. As we age, our skin loses flexibility and becomes stiffer, which leads to wrinkles.

Obviously, there are a multitude of variables that determine the extent of our skin folds, the most important of which is our genes. We can't do much with our genes. Some of us just age more gracefully.


Regardless of age, we all prefer to look younger, which generally makes us feel better, too. For example, I was lucky to look younger than I am. What I hope was how I looked, not how I acted. As a younger person, that often got in the way. Now that I'm older, my youthful appearance works to my advantage as I don't look my age at all. People with a history of smoking tend to have more wrinkles around their mouth and eyes, while a person who has experienced significant sun exposure may wrinkle prematurely.
