Lerato Kganyago is the South African Dj, reality star and TV personality. Apparently the talented Dj is suing the Bathu Sneakers owner R315k. The owner is Theo Baloyi. She is suing because of the brand ambassador deal that didn't go well. She sent them a letter demanding a money worth R315k.
Kganyago, Somizi, Khanyi Mbau and many others were there brand ambassador for Bathu sneakers.
Apparently Lerato Kganyago is demanding the R315k of the R600k that the brand promised to pay her after the brand terminated her contract where she was also the brand ambassador.
Her contract was from March last year and it was intended to last a year. The agreement was that she was supposed to be attend Bathu stores openings as she is the ambassador and Dj.
"Mrs Kganyago will be required to Dj in the store"
"Bathu Pty Ltd will arranged equipment of her choosing," the statement read
"All travel arrangements will be scheduled as per her requirement and will be at Bathu Pty Ltd's expense,"
Well the TV personality wants her R315k plus legal fees and interest on the aforementioned amount, at a rare rate of about 7.5% per annum.
