Chemical dyes are very damaging to your hair, it will cause breakage and dryness. Henna is a natural dye that is good for hair growth as well as strengthen your hair.
What you will need
Apple cider vinegar
Use the wooden spoon to mix 3 spoons of henna, and a spoon of apple cider vinegar and a spoon of olive oil, into a plastic container. Don’t use any metal when using henna, it will react with the metal and you can’t use it any more.
It is best to use this henna mixture during your wash day, use the mixture as a deep conditioner step during your wash day.
Apply the mixture to your hair, use gloves because henna will dye your hands. After applying cover your hair with a plastic cap and keep on for 30 minutes and then wash it out.
When you are done make sure you apply a moisturizer and seal it in because the mixture can strip your hair of moisture.
Because henna is a natural dye, you will need to use it several times so that your hair will absorb the natural dye.
