Pics: Artistic barber wows Mzansi

One imaginative man is so talented in the art of trimming and cutting hair – to the point where he even makes works of art on his customers' heads – that he owns a successful hairstyling business. Vein Unity, which is how he refers to himself, is a South African barber who hails from the Eastern Cape and is capable of creating a hairdo that looks like a portrait of any person you choose. Images of some of the young man's work have gone viral on the internet in Mzansi because they demonstrate his attention to detail in trimming off cartoon figures, waves, various forms and dimensions, and even the faces of famous celebrities on the heads of his customers.

Vein Unity, whose actual name is Lonwabo Takata (25) and who is capable in drawing, painting, sculpting, and even shaving hair, decided to combine all of his skills in order to produce something truly original: 3D hairstyles. "The first few haircuts I did were of the American rapper Tupac, followed by Nelson Mandela and then Barak Obama. "People loved the work, and I did Cassper Nyovest, Black Coffee, and many others, and most recently Riky Rick when he went away," he said to Drum magazine earlier in the year. "I recently did Riky Rick when he passed away."
