5 Tips for reducing body heat when the sun is hot.


1.Drink cold water

When it’s hot outside, you sweat. Sweating is your body’s way of cooling your skin off. As you sweat, you lose water, and the more water you lose, the less you sweat then your body temperature increase.


2.Cold foot bath

Placing your feet in a cold foot bath cools your body and allows you to sit back and relax. Simply add cold water and ice cubes to a bucket of water.


3.Go somewhere with cooler air 

People can reduce their body temperature by moving to an area with a cooler external temperature. The body will lose heat by convection.


4.Go for a swim

Swimming in cool water, taking a lukewarm bath, or applying cold water to the body can reduce body temperature. In these cases, body temperature will decrease as a result of conduction.


5.Dress accordingly 

Play it cool in a hat with a wide brim and sunglasses if you’ll be in direct sunlight. You can even carry a umbrella. Wear loose, lightly colored clothing in natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, or silk
