Lions are large cats that live in the wild. They are carnivorous meaning that they eat meat only. They are feared by other animals because they are very fast and dangerous. They enjoy hunting prey such as zebra's, bucks but will hunt anything that comes in it's way when it is hungry.
Sometimes people go to game reserves and the zoo to visit lions so that they can take photographs and videos.
Lions have very sharp teeth that can easily tear into human flesh. Always keep a safe distance from lions.
