Vusi Kunene is an actor known from Generations and its continuation Generations The Legacy, where he plays the role of Jack Mabaso. He was born in Meadowlands, Gauteng province, but he lived in different parts of Soweto while growing up because his mother did not have her place. The actor is 55 years old.
Kunene keeps his personal life private, away from the media. If it was not for the court cases scandals that went viral we wouldn't have known that he has a daughter with actress and scriptwriter Grace Mahlaba. Grace Mahlaba played the role of Ipeleng Theledi on ETV discontinued drama Backstage.
When the news broke, it was alleged that Vusi did not take care of his daughter for 17 years, and he kept it a secret. The daughter is in her twenties now. According to different sources, he is a father of two children, it is not clear who the other child is.
Grace Mahlaba is now the Head writer of ETV telenovela Scandal. Vusi currently plays the leading role of Funani Zwide on House of Zwide.
