Terrible News To Netflix Viewers As This Has Been Announced

Telkom has said Netflix will Not be available on the South African phone and Internet company's set top box from October. Wanda Mkhize says the deal between the parties has been concluded and will not be renewed at any point. Most people are wondering what the reason could be but he did not give any specific reason, she said other content partnerships are going to be revealed in due time.

The move was announced after MultiChoice Group, Africa’s largest pay-TV provider, signed deals with Netflix and Amazon.com to offer their streaming services through its new decoder. Netflix has even began to produce more local content, which have a combination of all South African dramas including Queen Sono and blood & water in recent years.

The United states company has also appointed its first African board member, Zimbabwean media tycoon Strive Masiyiwa, in a bid to grow on the continent. So this whole thing is growing big but what is worrying a lot of South African citizens is the matter that has just been announced now, South Africans are very eager to see more shows from Netflix and they wouldn’t like to even miss it at any point. 

They are even happy that they get to see their own local shows, it is something that people never had before so now that it is made available for them... it makes life better in terms of entertainment.
