Tweeps make fun of Mohale after these pics of him were shared, see comments

Ever since Mohale came out about the abuse he endured in his relationship with Somizi, a lot more people have been sympathetic to him.
This is a complete turn around from how he was called a gold digger who was with Somizi for his money. Now, he's being seen as someone who was not only there for the bag, but was being hurt in some ways.
Today, Musa Khawula shared 3 picmixed pictures of Mohale's bruises from one of his reported abuses from Somizi.
The tweet which accompanies the picture read, "Mohale Motaung shares a picture showing the injuries he suffered after being assaulted by Sarafina"
As much as abuse is a sensitive issue, South Africans managed to still make light of the pictures because they do not seem as graphic as the detailed version where Mohale explained falling down the stairs and crawling to his car.
I think it's very wrong for us to sort of dismiss the pictures because they are not as graphic as we had thought they are.
What's worse is that some people are saying that the pictures look like love bites.
These are the comments:
Thoughts? Are people being insensitive?
