Moozlie is now probably one of Africa's top female rappers. She continues to dominate the stage and delight her fans with music that is loved all throughout Africa.
Nomuzi “Moozlie” Mabena was born in Benoni, East Rand, Johannesburg. Her family is tight, although we only know of a younger sister. Moozlie, born on September 22, 1992, is 29 years old. Nomuzi graduated from St Dunstan's College, where she had been since she was 3. Varsity College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts in communications.
Moozlie rose to popularity as a 16-year-old MC at huge events in her Benoni community. Miss Benoni in 2010 begun her modelling career. She walked for Palulu Loves Pop-Up Show and Khosi Khosi @YDE. Nomuzi Mabena rose to fame after winning the MTV Base VJ Search in 2012 and finishing second in the SABC 1 Live Presenter Search. Nomuzi Mabena was also a finalist in the Media Career Guide presenter search. Nomuzi featured on a web radio show called “The Lip Gloss Diaries”. She's done work for VUZU and V-Entertainment.
Moozlie grew up loving music and the arts. She always aspired to be one of the top female rappers in Africa, and she became one. Moozlie began her professional music career in 2014, signing with K.O's Cashtime Life Records.
Moozlie's first appearance was on Rouge's song Mbongo Zaka, which grew her fan base because people recognized her for her TV skills but not her rapping skills.

Moozlie quit Cashtime Life Records in 2016. A year later, Moozlie began revealing more of her work to the public. Moozlie debuted with Versus in 2017. Recipe, Getting Cash, and Bum Bum were among the mixtape's main singles.
Moozlie kept writing songs and published her debut album in September 2018. Vatela, the album's debut track, features one of her former Cashtime Life Records colleagues, Kid X.
In 2020, she released I'm a Star, her sophomore album. This is her first project for 2020, however she is working with AKA, Zoocci, and BK.
