Belle of the ball Shudufhadzo Musida turns into the 62nd Miss South Africa. The 23-year-old, who hails from Ha-Masia in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, assumed control over the reins the previous evening at the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town. Dr. Thato Mosehle was delegated first second place and Natasha Joubert, second next in line.
They were engaging it out with seven other glamorous ladies - Melissa Nayimuli, Karishma Ramdev, Lebogang Mahlangu, Busisiwe Mmotla, Aphelele Mbiyo, Chantelle Pretorius, and Jordan van der Vyver. Melisa and Lebogang made it to the Top 5. The spectacular function was facilitated by entertainer and helpful, Nomzamo Mbatha and Lalla Hirayama, who was behind the stage.
The current year's show was decided by previous Miss SA 1996, Peggy-Sue Khumalo, TV character and radio Anele Mdoda, Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi, and entertainers Leandie du Randt and Kim Engelbrecht. Performers Mi Casa, Sho Madjozi, Jimmy Nevis, Ami Faku, and Sun El-Musician made that big appearance at the V&A Waterfront and entertained the watchers.
Shudufhadzo likewise commended her triumph via web-based media and expressed gratitude toward South Africa. "Much the same as that, life has been changed until the end of time. I convey with me the ladies that preceded me so that this evening could be. May this year be one of direction and change. My darling South Africa, No livhuwa," she composed.
During a meeting with Daily Sun in June, Shudufhadzo said she needed to move little youngsters from Limpopo to do large things "I'm a model that where you originate from doesn't mean anything. Little youngsters should realize that nothing is unimaginable. No fantasy is beyond reach. They can dream as large as they need and as much as possible paying little mind to where they originate from," she said.
Miss SA 2020 left with prizes worth R3 million rand.
