She has recently altered gears and re-invented herself as a TV broadcaster and chat show host. She is the host of the chat show Hashtags.

"As performers, we are diversified; most of us work in the profession doing various, distinct things. Some work in the theatre, while others dance, sing, present, and do a variety of other things. It is critical to be adaptable, to be able to go out and do anything and anything in the arts."

She stated that the process of re-inventing herself began with her decision to take on alternative jobs, such as Isidingo, and to focus her attention on new business ideas. Mrs. Lichaba is more excited about the fact that she can now look back and grin at her accomplishments as an actress, model, and now businesswoman, after beginning as a broke teenager.
