There is a saying in townships that "You can take me out of township, but you will never take the township life out of me", this saying remains true for one of South Africa' s successful actor, and entrepreneur Cornet Thabiso Mamabolo.
Mamabolo has made a name for himself in the award winning South African soapie, Skeem Saam which airs on SABC 1 as Thabo Maputla. The man has already built a library, for his former school as part of his contribution to the community. As part of celebrating heritage day, Cornet Mamabolo reminded his fans that he will always be a rural man.
Mamabolo took to his official Facebook page, posting an old collectable Mercedes Benz near his granny's hiuse with a message reading "rural life, I will never forget where I come from". If not on Skeem Saam cast, Mamabolo runs his company called Digni Financial Services. In this company they sell funeral services and funeral policies.
Mamabolo 's Digni Financial Services has offices in Gauteng, Sandton and Polokwane. He is also the face of Cutty Clothing labels. He is one of the young successful actors, who is doing well as an entrepreneur and ensures he gives back to his community.
