" Her Grandfather Has Been Scamming The State With That Purple Maxi Dress For Years"

Natasha Thahane is a South African actress, and an ambassador. She is known for her role on Skeemsam, where most people saw her for the first time. She left Skeemsam, and went to be part of The Queen mzansi.

She is now currently on the popular Blood and Water Series. She is not one person who usually does interviews, but this past week people got to see her on MacG's podcast.

Some people claimed the interview was actually boring, and that there were so many PR answers. However, some decided to pay attention and were actually able to to pick up that she did mention something quite questionable. She says she got a R1 Million + funding to go study in the USA. The manner in which she got the funding is one of the reasons why it is still so questionable.

She said she just made a call to the then Speaker of the National Assembly of South Africa, Baleka Mbete, and told her she wanted to go study, and she got the funding just like that.

Natasha is Desmond Tutu's granddaughter, hence the privilege. Tutu is a South African Anglican cleric and theologian. He is mostly known for his work as an anti-apartheid and human rights activist.
