Amapiano DJs Arrested In Zimbabwe Because They Did This

The South African entertainment industry is growing day by day, especially on the musical side of things, because South Africa is a country where people are very passionate about the art of music and also because it is a country where the well-known enjoyable genre of music known as Amapiano originated, and this musical genre has opened doors for many young people who are passionate about making music. This is why there is a growth in the Amapiano industry, especially in terms of DJing.

Amapiano just opened doors for many young people who are now recognised as well-known Amapiano DJs. They have also gained the opportunity to travel outside of South Africa to promote this musical genre and to also share it with other nations who enjoy it. There are currently many Amapiano DJs in South Africa, but one of the most recognized duos is the female DJs who are known as TXC, Tarryn and Clairise. These two young women are known for being the life of the party behind the decks. They came to Johannesburg to fulfill their musical dreams, and today they travel the world sharing their amazing talent. The two young women are currently being booked outside of the country.

And recently, they were booked to play in Zimbabwe, but things took a left turn when they were arrested by Zimbabwean authorities because they did not perform at the venue where they were booked, even though they were fully paid. It has been reported that the two allegedly sneaked out of Zimbabwe back to South Africa at 2 am, and because of that, they were arrested for breaching their contract. It is reportedly not the first time that South African musicians have pulled such a stunt in Zimbabwe. Do you think Zimbabwean organisers should stop booking SA artists?
