Somizi Mhlongo took it to social media to bid her sister farewell while also promoting black business. Somizi mentioned in his post that they bid her mother's first born last week. A lot of people were surprised to learn that Somizi had a big sister as mostly knew that his mother Mary Twala only had 2 children, the other one being Archie who is deceased. It seems his sister was a very private person as Somizi also said in his statement that even her wishes of her send off should be private.
Somizi made sure to grant her wishes and her send off was a dignified one. The former SA Idols judge shared pictures of the send off ceremony and the service he received from black funeral business. Because his sister was a private person, he didn't share her pictures.
He shared pictures of the place where the service took place and a photo of himself with friends who came to support him. Among the friends was his best friend Vusi Nova. " I'd die to have a bestfriend like yours Somz, Vusi is your right hand man" commented one of his followers.
His followers were impressed with how much he promoted black businesses while also going through the loss of his sister. Somizi also showed no signs the past week that he was going through something so terrible that this came as a shocker. His followers flooded the comment section with condolences and heartfelt words.
