She's come a long way to her first roles on Rhythm City and Backstage. And with the couple of decades of experience under her belt, she's not planning on going anywhere anytime soon. Actress and singer Keabetswe KB Motsilanyane (41) has certainly been able to hold her own in the industry. KB Mamosadi to others, attributes her longevity to always being true to herself. The actress is best known for her work on the show Backstage Etv where she played the role of KayBee.

Aside from that she is also popular for her work as Lucilla Vilakazi in the show Rhythm City. In 2017, she joined the South Africa Afrikaans popular soapie 7 de Laan and played the role in of a feisty lawyer, Lesedi. She also starred in the season two of the series Thola as Dibuseng Makwarela. She has also played a lead in the series Mtunzini. com.

KB has earned two nominations for the Golden Horn Award for the best actress in a TV soap in 2008 and 2011. As a musician, KB has six albums to date, which made her a renowned award winning artist. Keabetswe KB Motsilanyane is inspired by Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman. Because both are brilliant, one simply cannot be compared to the other.

KB Motsilanyane was born and raised in Moruleng Northwest in South Africa, KB grew up passionate about the music and arts in the province. She joined the legendary South African group, Crowded Crew, who shot fame in the late 1990's. In 2001, KB joined the Etv soapie Backstage as herself, which coincided with the release of her debut album, Beautiful Vibrations, which featured the hit song "O A lla" earning her name Mamosadi.

She is best known for her roles in the popular series Backstage,, Rhythm City and 7 de Laan. She was born on 8 April 1979 in Moruleng, South Africa. She was once married to Terry Pinana before they seperated in 2007. She is a mother of one son.
