DJ Shimza hasn't been on good terms with the people of south Africa especially if banks on social media and the teacher is said to fix that by posting a Twitter page with his followers and friends.
According to elegance7 media publication, it has been reported that on Sunday the 10th October opened up the space that has more than 8,000 people listening in and said he was tired of responding to people via text.
In the past we have send the DJ working with government departments and hosting them at his restaurant, and this hasn't sit well with many people as he received backlash for this, he would host them at his 'The Hangwat 1632' in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni.
According to the publication, many people have accused him of getting those opportunities because he is allegedly dating the head of digital communications in the presidency, Athi Geleba.
The DJ has since responded and stop working the departments, and that issue is that people didn't believe in his success.
"It's unfortunate that we are working with people's perceptions of how things work and they want to drive a statin narrative because they probably don't believe that I could get to the point where I am in business and my career. I'm not from a well-off family and I've used my savings to open the business. This was through my DJing and festivals. I've been hosting festivals for the past 11 years," he said.
Any further said that, the government so the good work is doing for economy of Tembisa and that's why they brought business to him.
The DJ also touched on the Cookout that was also reported about on e.tv's Checkpoint. And he responded that he didn't ask for that to be held at his business.
