Zozibini Tunzi: The longest-reigning Miss Universe crowned Mexican Andrea Meza Miss Universe title

Zozibini Tunzi (born 18 September 1993) is a South African model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe 2019. Tunzi had previously been crowned Miss South Africa 2019. She is the third woman from South Africa to win the title, and the first black woman since Angolan Leila Lopes was crowned Miss Universe 2011.

The 69th Miss Universe competition took place on Sunday evening in Florida (Hollywood) at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Mexico's Andrea Meza was crowned Miss Universe for 2020 in Hollywood. The event only took three hours as people were respecting covid 19 rules and regulations. Seventy four beautiful queens from around the globe contested for the title and unfortunately one has to go with the title. South Africa was represented by Natasha Joubert. Natasha Joubert is a South African model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as the second runner-up in Miss South Africa 2020. She was later designated as Miss Universe South Africa 2020.

Alma Andrea Meza Carmona (born 13 August 1994) is a Mexican model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe 2020. Since winning the title, she became the third Mexican woman to be crowned Miss Universe. She had previously been crowned Mexicana Universal 2020 and Miss Mexico 2017, and placed as the first runner-up at Miss World 2017.
