The ex wife has slammed the veteran with a whopping lawsuit and he has been exposed of how broke and out he is despite being so famous and well loved.

IT Doesn't rain but it pours for the legendary actor who use to be part of The Queen's cast.

Although he has taken such a wonderful step as recently got married but his past challenges have come to haunt him and it is clear that the chicken have come home to roost.

The actor before he got married, had his baby mother's attempted to stop his marriage and demanded that he pays them.Unfortunately that failed as he went ahead and got married happily with his wife, Pearl Sono Mbewe in Zanzibar last month.

Now, the former The Queen's actor is facing such a massive R200 000+ lawsuit from his ex wife whom they got married for only eight months.

The ex wife, Palesa Mboweni, demands that Sello Maake ka Ncube cough up around R200 000 for legal fees and spousal maintenance and a share of the division of the joint estate.

Mboweni has taken the matter to her lawyers who demanded that kaNcube cough up all of this amount.

Unfortunately, ka Ncube claims that he is broke as he has not had any acting gig due to the pandemic Covid-19.

"I'm maintained by my wife, I'm not working, it is difficult now especially because of Covid-19," said the actor confirming that he did receive the letters from the attorneys.

However, his ex wife lashed at him and threatened to take the matter back to court as she revealed that he has been in default since 2017.

The letter from the lawyer reads:“Bill for outstanding payment due to the defendant in Re: Sello Joel Maake kaNcube/Palesa Rosemary Maake kaNcube. Spousal half share matrimonial immovable property by agreement R100 000,” reads the first letter dated November 2 this year.

"He is now in default since 2017 and thus beyond overdue. We have been very patient with him and each year affording him [the] necessary indulgence, hoping he’ll repent or realise that no matter how long he takes, the arm of the law is much longer.” She said KaNcube’s arrears were evidence that he had total disregard for the law.

It is not known whether Ncube will abide or he will stick to his unemployed story.
