We have over the years heard greatly troubling stories about former footballers post-retirement financial struggles despite the millions of rands they earn throughout their careers, and when current player spends millions acquiring liabilities questions are legitimately asked.

Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana International, Dino Ndlovu, has made the headlines this weekend, this after he purchased a luxuriating German manufactured automobile for his wife as a valentines gift - a Porsche 911 Carrera.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns and Bloemfontein Celtic striker currently plays his football in the newly-rich Chinese league for Zhejiang Green Town. He made his wife a huge surprise by getting a R3-Million whip for her on Sunday.

Ndlovu, who shared the news with a video to his 280,000 fans on his Instagram account, in the video, Ndlovu's hired a pianist to play music as he went gung-ho to make a lasting impression on his wife.
He captioned the video this: "The enemy will regret messing with you! God is about to restore you massively in the name of Jesus! Get ready for abundantly above all you can ask or think HappyVday," he wrote.
Considering the number of players who have gone broke for irresponsible spending, do you think Ndlovu's spending could lead him to the similar path if he is not careful enough?
