Award-winning musician and reality TV show star Kelly Khumalo was recently speaking to eNCA, where she told the publication:
"We have a problem in our country and this is not about just Kelly Khumalo, the musician, but this is about an individual in the pits and the darkest place of wherever it is -where they lose loved ones and justice is not served".
Her late boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa, was murdered in what they have described as robbery gone at home of Ntombi Khumalo in Vosloorus back in 2014.
"With what has happened to me, I have had my life threatened, I have my family threatened not once, but multiple times and I feel like the law is not coming into place. It is within my right to have protection, not only for myself but also for my family". Kelly Khumalo added.
She claimed that ever since the day Senzo passed on, her and family's lives have been threatened multiple times. But, she also left the country in shock after she said nobody knew who Senzo Meyiwa was until he started dating her.
Kelly spoke about a lot of things during the interview, claiming that Senzo's family didn't love him, saying he was just the family's cash cow.
"That family [The Meyiwa] did not love Senzo. They never loved him, he was the cash cow. You know the first thing that, that woman [Senzo's mother Ntombifuthi Meyiwa] said when Senzo passed on? She said who is going to feed us. Your son is dead, the only thing you are thinking about is food". Kelly Khumalo said.
