William Leonard Roberts II known professionally as Rick Ross is an American rapper, songwriter, and record executive.
Ross rose to fame with his hot debut single, Hustlin in 2006, and his debut album Port of Miami later that year.
With an estimated net worth of $40 million (R650 million), he is without doubt one of the richest rappers worldwide, and like most rappers he spends a good chunk of his money on his favourite toys.
What came as a surprise though to many of his fans was that up until recently, and despite having over 100 cars in his collection, Ross did not have a driver's license, and as a result could not legally drive any of his cars.
At last, it seems the “The Boss” finally got his driver’s license and can now legally enjoy his insane car collection.
Below are some of the cars in his collection.
Ferrari 488 Spider─ R5.5 million
The rapper was gifted this luxury sports car by alcohol brand Luc Belaire for his 41st birthday in 2017.
Thanking them for his lavish automobile, Rick wrote on Instagram: "Salute @officialbelaire for the amazin birthday gift. #boss #biggest #ballwiththeboss (sic)"
Ferrari 458 Italia─ R8 million
First released in 2009, the Ferrari 458 Italia’s heart is an F1-inspired 4.5 L V8 engine that can propel you from 0-100 km/h in only 3.4 seconds.
Ross’s 458 has seen many changes and modifications over the years. From red wheels to shark teeth on the sides.
Rolls-Royce Phantom─ R6.5 million
Back in 2013, while accelerating away from the paparazzi s, Rick Ross crashed his R6.5 million ride into a building.
Rolls-Royce Wraith─R6 million
Ross bought this R6 million car as a Christmas present to himself back in 2013. He later decided to put some Forgiato wheels on the whip.
Bentley Brooklands is the name of two distinct models produced by Bentley Motors.
The first Brooklands was a full-size luxury saloon, launched in 1992 to replace the Bentley Mulsanne and in turn succeeded by the Bentley Arnage in 1998.
In all-white matte color, the rapper’s 1998 Brooklands is a pure masterpiece.
Bentley Continental SuperSports ─ R4 million
The all-white Brooklands is contrasted by this menacing all-black Supersport.
Lamborghini Urus─ R5 million
Lamborghini Murciélago─ R4 million
Successor to the Diablo and flagship V12 of the automaker's lineup, the Murciélago was introduced as a coupé in 2001.
To many petrol heads the Murciélago is the definition of a super car and 20 years later remains unrivaled, even by its successor, the Aventador.
Maybach 57S─ R15 million
One thing that everyone knows about Rick Ross is his love for Maybach, which is evident in the name of his record label – Maybach Music Group.
So, there is no way the rappers would not add at least one Maybach in his collection.
Mercedes-Benz S650 Cabriolet
Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG─R2 million
Rick Ross calls his BMW 760Li the "Dirty White Thing". Its 6.0L 48-valve V12 engine is the billboard of BMW engine technology. It can take the car from 0 to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds.
The rapper has love for classic cars, these include: multiple generations and variants of Chevrolet Impala.
These beautiful 1971 Chevrolet Impala (custom ‘Gucci’ model)
Multiple second-generation 1955-1957 Chevrolet Bel-Airs (some custom models; Ricky Rozay likes a Chevy, apparently).
All these American vintage cars below belong to Ross:
What car fits the big star if not the Hummer H2. Under the bonnet a large 6.2L V8 sends power to the wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Its rough attitude and all-conquering off-road capability are a part of the charm.
Hybrid/ Electric cars:
Its good to see that the rapper also cares for the environment.
The Fisker Karma is popular among celebrities; Leonardo DiCaprio, Mannie Fresh, Ace Hood, and Justin Bieber have all been spotted driving the hybrid.
The car is is so green, even interior uses low-carbon leather.
Tesla Model 3
Last on this list is the rapper's all electric Model 3.
