Actress Bathabile Mashigo says her mom taught her to take responsibility for her actions

Bathabile after matric she studied drama at Tshwane university of Technology for four years, where she learned lot about boby movement and reactions based on emotions. I learned how to control my voice, which is the intrument I used to present my roles.

After being graduated Bathabile became a nanny in New York as part of a cultural exchange programme l was placed with a family that hosted me for a year l was there to learn and to teach them about my culture and traditions.The second time Bathabile visited New York she went to the French woods Arts camp where she bought African storytelling Bathabile such as the Hiv-positive Magda on Generations and Lerato Mofokeng on SABC1 mini series.

The stories l make up were mostly about me Conversation between parents and their children, said Bathabile who lives in Soshanguve in Tshwaane,she also learned to play the acoustics quieter,but l was never a great guitarist,yet the guitar became my good friend and l played during school assemblies after.

My mom taught me to take pride in who I am and always introduce mystery by name and surnames l was taught to always take responsibility for my actions don't ever be proud to apologise. She also taught me that no matter how broke l am l must look my best. Sometimes it is okay to chose face moisturizer and washing powder over Oros and sliced bread. Water and find that bread knife no one will know. Flocked skin and smelly clothes on the other hands.
