When people who have been in the entertainment industry for decades pass on. A lot is expected to happen, and their funerals are expected to be some type or kind of way.
Tebogo Steve Kekana was a South African singer and songwriter, who began his musical career back in the 1980s. He attended and completed his studies at UNISA. The musician was born in 1958, and died on 01 July 2021.
Kekana passed away at the age of 63 due to COVID-19 related complications. The arts icon was and still is remembered and celebrated for his contribution to South Africa's music industry, and also to academia.
The musician has produced more than 44 albums in his career and has also collaborated with a number of artists like PJ Powers, the late Hugh Masekela, Joe Nina, Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuse, and late Jabu Khanyile to mention a few.
His grave was displayed by someone who said the late legend is his uncle. It was shocking to see the grave of a legend who holds LLB and B Juris degrees, who was also a lecturer of law at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
