Balck Twitter presents The Face Off and created a poll on Twitter @TheFaceOff for tweeps to vote for their top two artists they wanna watch play Live and Unplugged. The list of artists to choose from is Kabza De Small, De Mthuda SA, Cassper Nyovest and Folcalistic. So far Kabza De Small is leading by 49% of votes and De Mthuda SA running second by 27%.
This one seemed to be difficult for most tweeps to decide between the two considering the catalogue Kabza has and the quality of hits De Mthunda has.
"We've been listening to De Mthuda way before Kabza met Maphorisa, there was a lounge called Soweto Ingress De Mthuda has been serving hits", Potro Montana added. As much as De Mthuda has been producing hits, catalogue is key in this topic and he still needs to work hard.
"To be honest I like how De Mthuda amended his amapiano production, how he uses a tube bass as log drum replacement and his beats heal many souls. I see many producers follow his era, I respect and prefer him for that" Shaun Keyz added.
Who do you think stands a better chance at walking away with the R100 000 on this Live and Unplugged session on the 25th of September? Do leave your comments down below!
