Lamiez Holworthy is a DJ and television personality from South Africa. He is best known for co-hosting the SABC 1 music show Live Amp on Fridays. She was born to a South African black father and an Indian mother and is a multi-cultural black woman.
Lamiez was born in Pretoria, South Africa, but grew up with her two half-brothers, Lariezh and Lushaan Holworthy, in an Indian township.
