Minister QABANGA DUMPS UZALO!
Siyabonga Shibe has played a wide range of dull characters.
Siyabonga, who plays Qabanga, will be discounted the show soon.
He affirmed to Daily Sun he would leave the show soon.
"I will miss the development that accompanied playing the character, who has gone from cop to criminal and minister. I will miss working with the cast, team and each and every individual who attempted to make the show a triumph," he said.
Siyabonga said while he was unable to uncover where he was going, his emphasis would be on composition and submitting shows.
"I will zero in on composition, which I missed. There are different things I'm dealing with right now, however I can't yet affirm or discuss them.
"It will be so ideal to invest energy with family," he said.
He said he would be back on the little screen after his break.
"I'm taking a break to unwind and zero in on in the background stuff. I will anyway get once more into the hang of things at some stage.
"I need to zero in on doing things I've for a long while been itching to do. I had a decent run with Uzalo and it's been a decent ride," he said.
Siyabonga's takeoff came in the wake of information that a portion of the show's old characters, for example, Khaya Dladla would make a rebound soon.
