"Dj Zinhle should humble herself"|| Dj Zinhle responds to customer's bad review

Hairmajesty is a wig production company that is owned by DJ Zinhle. She advertises her product through Instagram where her other business, Era by Zinhle, is also advertised.

So far DJ Zinhle has never had a customer complain about her products until a lady on TikTok made a video and rated Zinhle's wig zero out of 10.

The customer's frustration over the R3000 wig, was that it didn't have enough density, it was oily/ full of product, and that the delivery took time. Zinhle had finally responded but people are not impressed by her arrogance on the respond.

Zinhle did not apologize but rather said it is her first time receiving a bad review and has since contacted the customer. She further said that journalists should not contact her personally.

People on Twitter are saying Zinhle should humble herself and apologize properly. They say her arrogance is too much because the customer is rightfully complaining about receiving a bad product from her company.
