Nhlamulo Baloyi is a South African rapper, music executive, and businessman better known by his stage names Nota, Authority, or Lavid Nota. He holds himself up as a SA Hip Hop pioneer. Nota began his career as a rapper and has since recorded numerous tracks, such as "Karama," "Sphesihle," and "Preacher," which features Kwesta. Nota, who once collaborated with Kwesta, is credited with helping some of South Africa's most well-known hip-hop acts find fame. Since June 2019, Nota has served as the director of the Orchard, a division of Sony Music Entertainment.
The Authority in SA Hip Hop, as Nota Baloyi calls himself. He once explained why he did this in an interview. "The Authority thing is like, leadership is about someone taking responsibility, so I thought this hip-hop community I have given so much to I want it to grow, develop and be able to provide to the well-being of other people's life other than myself it has done so much for me," he stated.
Berita, a singer who was married to Nota, left him.
Before divorcing him earlier this year, Berita was briefly married to the contentious music executive.
She said that in January, she left the couple's marital home because she was unable to continue.
Berita called her husband a reckless and careless man. The singer claimed she could not babysit a grown man and did not support his behavior, so she chose to end her marriage.
Additionally, he is the owner of SoFet Urbantainment CC. One of the most contentious and well-known South African celebrities is Nota. His outspoken views on the music business and his contemporaries have generated a great deal of controversy.
He then again caused a stir as usual when he said, he had plan to have his first born at 2023, and that he wants more daughters so he could earn back his grandfather wasted cattles.
