Mongezi Mampurampura Stuurman's funeral took place today. The young souls life was claimed by an accident that claimed his life and 5 other victims.
He was most popularly know as Mpura in the entertainment industry, his career had just reached its peak, on the night of the accident he was on his way to a gig.
Moira had plans to perform a thanksgiving ceremony to his ancestors , to thank them for the success he had in his career and for them to guide him even further.
At his funeral, his mom ran into tears as she said " I don't know if I'll survive this thing" It took her great strength to say a speech and as she said it , she held a birthday card she had received from her son Mongezi , wishing that God granted her more years to live and reminding her that she was a great mother.
The death of Mpura came as a lesson to a lot of South Aficans, it came as a reminder to live life like there is not tomorrow and to cherish every moment that God grants you.
