The Nyembe family have been putting off fires since the death of MaZwide, a tv character played by actress Nandi Nyembe.
Speaking to Daily Sun on Friday, Nyembe said that she has been receiving massive phone calls from close family and friends wanting to check if she is really dead. Nyembe's ordeal started on Tuesday when her recent character as the mother of fashion mogul Funani Zwide on hit e-tv show House of Zwide, was killed off the show. On the show she is reported to have died from a hart attack.
It is unfortunate that many people take actresses' characters and mistake them for the real deal and this exactly what happened in this case, people thought she was indeed dead.
Nyembe assured her fans through Daily Sun that she was alive and kicking and that there was no painful part of her body and no inch of her body was torn.
Nandi Nyembe is a South African actress known for her roles in the sports drama Zone 14, and Soul City.
