TV villain David Genaro's cause of death revealed.

Fans of MZANSI TV were left in a state of disbelief when they learned that actor Jamie Bartlett had passed away.

However, it was recently disclosed by his family that the cause of his death was a heart attack.

This afternoon, his son Hector Bartlett talked about his father while appearing on eNCA. He said that he saw his father "shining light in our life" by sharing himself with the rest of the world.

"I will never forget the way in which he lived his life and the happiness that he provided to everyone. His enthusiasm for living, learning, and expanding his understanding of the world and the people in it. In addition to that, he had a deep love for our nation.

He expressed his sadness at the thought of parting ways with his father, who had been a wonderful guide and friend to him.

During the course of the conversation, Hector revealed that his family had not yet made a decision about the timing of his burial, but they assured him that they will provide more information in the near future.

Rosa Onious, who was married to Bartlett, disclosed the reason for his death in an interview with News24.

She said, "We obtained the autopsy reports, and they claimed that the cause of death was cardiac arrest."

On Monday evening, Bartlett passed away while he was sleeping.

Emotional Onious said that he had, as was his custom while he was off duty and not working, slept in the afternoon. She said that she attempted to wake him up at around 5 o'clock in the afternoon so that he could depart to meet up with his sons, but he did not wake up.

"I yelled Jamie, Jamie, (but) Jamie didn't look up," she added. Onious said that she gave him another gentle prod in an effort to rouse him awake. She added, between clenched teeth, "Jamie's not waking up, he's not waking up, and I phoned my mother, who was outside, and she tried everything." "Jamie's not waking up."

After that, they called an ambulance service, which arrived at the scene within fifteen minutes, according to the reports.

She said that "they did everything to revive him, including CPR and everything else, but it was too late."
