South Africa's celebrity once ran away from home, here's what happened

Everyone has a past and no matter what,it is not easy to just move on and forget about what happened to you when growing up as a child.

Moonchild Sanelly was bullied at the age of 19 after running away from home to stay with her boyfriend by someone related to that particular unnamed boyfriend of that time.

Singer, Moonchild took to social media,opening up and sharing her bullying past experiences after it was asked on Twitter that people must share their experiences in relation to bullying with the public.

"An ex in-law who still calls me for my approval now I actually blocked her last week. Funny enough coz she'd try and I'm like I am successful adult now and not that little kid you bullied at 19 after running away from home.",Moonchild said.

Sanelly is a South African musician and dancer. Moonchild did not just get into music ora choose music as a career but has a music background.Her mother was a singer while her brother was a Hip Pop musician. 

Sanelisiwe Thrisha being Moonchild was born in Port Elizabeth but travelled to both Durban and Johannesburg while working on her music career.

She studied Fashion at Durban Fashion Design Academy for a period of six years. Her performances began at Durban University of Technology then went to radio stations. Not only did she perform local,she has also performed internationally in Spain.

In Spain, she performed at the Primavera Sound Festival. Moonchild has two official albums in her name being Rabulapha (2015) and Gqom wave that she worked with different artists on to produce it. Some of her songs in one album include Red Eye, Mali, Rabubi and Dance Like a girl. Moonchild sings in both English and Xhosa.
