The three-part reality show titled Impilo: Mampintsha West Ink staring Mampintsha and Babes was scheduled to be flighted by Moja Love on January, last year, 2020. The show was presented by Jub Jub. Mampintsha brags that he made Babes, without him, she would be a nobody and that upset Babes. The angry Babes lost her temper and threw a drink at Mampintsha and started punching him several times in his face. Mampintsha doesn’t hit back.
At the last minute Mampintsha and his partner, Babes, decided to go to court to stop the broadcasting of the show. “I became worried after seeing the embarrassing clip we had agreed would be excluded from broadcasting ... and contacted Jub Jub to remove the trailer he posted on Instagram. He undertook to do so and assured me that what would be broadcast on January 23 would be different. He did not remove the trailer clip,” Mampintsha said. He said their arguments through out the show were embarrassing and he was not comfortable with that part shown to be public.
MacG was interviewing Babes Wodumo for his podcast, he asked her many thing from life of fame, her family and wedding and he asked her why they stopped the show from flight. Babes said, Jub Jub wanted to portray her as the toxic one in the relationship, causing all the problems in the relationship with Mampintsha.
