Ifani tells it all
Sources: Times Live Twitter page
Ifani is South African Xhosa hip hop artist. He is know for singing in his home language, unique style of clothes and his amazing hairstyles. Ifani has won multiple of awards for his incredible music. He is one of those artist who believes in himself for who they are, he is also proud about where he comes from. He mostly sing about his background and how he grew up throughout the years. Ifani is one of the talented hip hop artists who are under rated, because most people think he is too different from those artist who wear expensive clothes and expensive chains.
It has been reported that Ifani announces that Cassper Nyovest, S'nova and Maphorisa should not be welcomed back to the hip hop industry. Ifani stated this after seeing these three artists mentioned above changing their genre from time to time. Ifani believes that there must be a rule in the entertainment industry especially in music, where an artist should focus on the same genre that they are known for. Ifani does not believe in people who change who they are because it shows that particular person has multiple personalities and cannot be trusted in the game.
Cassper Nyovest is know for hip hop genre and now he changed to Amapiano genre and now he is back again to hip hop. Vusi Nova keeps on changing his name, genre and looks, Maphorisa is known for hip hop and Amapiano genre. In my opinion i believe that as an artist you have a right to be versatile and try new things, as long as you are good at it you should just go for it and make it out there. Many fans love to see their role models do different things, as far as i know change is a good thing.
