Asavela Mngqithi is a South African actress best known for her role as Ntwenhle in Isibaya. This year's 4th of June marked the actress's 25th birthday.
The 25-year-old was born and raised in Durban, where she acquired a passion for performing. Asavela is one of the famous people who grew up at Lamont, together with the well-known Babes Wodumo. You could say Lamont is a wonderful grooming spot because both Babes Wodumo and Asavela Mngqithi are looking fantastic.
Many people were surprised to learn that Asavela is the daughter of Manqoba Mngqithi, the Mamelodi Sundowns head coach.
The Premier Soccer League champions Mamelodi Sundowns recently confirmed Asavela's father Manqoba Mngqithi and Rulani Mokwena as their new joint head coaches, accompanied by former Lamontville Golden Arrows head coach Steve Komphela.
