Loyiso bags another opportunity for his career


Loyiso MacDonald Bags A new acting concert. Ever since Loyiso MacDonald left the award-winning drama Mzansi Magic The Queen, she has been quite busy and reserved. The actor not only returned to the theater, he also does things when it comes to the small screen. 

MacDonald landed another acting appearance on a new television show that is supposed to bring drama. Loyiso will appear in an upcoming production called Housewives, which will debut on eTV's free streaming service eVOD.

The plot follows three housewives who are left widows when their husbands are killed in a police call after stealing drugs from a cartel leader. 

Akhona (Sive Mabuya) Summer (Angela Lieveaux) and Lawrancia (Gabisile Tshabalala) are left with the heavy debts left by the criminal activities of the spouses and are forced to unite to pay the debt, but they decide with the cartel boss and they founded their own union.

Renate Stuurman, Ise Klink, Vinette Ebrahim, Loyiso Macdonald, Marah Louw, and Lebo the Funny Chef are also expected to star in the show. The first episode debuted on October 21. 

While his career is worth celebrating, it seems that a lot happened in his personal life after it was reported that the Queen actor and his ex-wife officially filed for divorce in the Supreme Court. 

According to the media, the couple has been separated for years because Loyiso has been accused of infidelity. According to City Press court documents, Loyiso's wife, Mathunzi Simphiwe MacDonald, claims that there is no hope of ever reconciling with her husband separated from her, as they have lost all intimate feelings for each other. 

Mathunzi has revealed that she is having a hard time breaking free from Loyiso's trails and that there is no point in continuing the relationship. Loyiso and his wife Mathunzi have been separated since 2017 after leaving behind a nine-year marriage in 2016.
