Thandekile Mthombeni is a woman we met on the second season of Mnakwethu and she had a huge problem. The problem personified was her husband's ex-girlfriend who had become her future sister wife.
This messy situation is made worse by her childish husband.
During the Tell All of Mnakwethu we got to understand why MaMthombeni was feeling angry. Her husband had been bringing this woman to rest within her bed sheets without any recognition of how disrespectful that is to her. It was a foul act that even resident polygamist Musa Mseleku had a problem with.
But it seems as though her woes didn't end at the reunion as her husband is still actively seeing MaKhumalo despite her concerns about this. She tried to make her feelings known but it keeps falling on dead ears. It's probably why she started to threaten that she will use physical violence again with the other women given half the chance.
I want to be clear that I don't condone violence at all but I have to say I understood why she spoke that way. MaKhumalo has repeatedly been very vindictive as she spoke about MaMthombeni not being the true first wife. It isn't accurate or fair.
She is married to Mchunu after all and constantly being undermined because he cheated with her, is not a good start to their relationship with each other. Mchunu is still using the same excuse of needing someone who will go look after his aging parents but I wish he could be more honest.
Instead he looks excited whenever these woman fight over him, he is grinning from ear to ear like he just won a prize. How will he handle polygamy when he seemed bot to grasp how much these women despise each other? Only time will tell and it definitely ticking.
Let me know what you think of these ladies feuding in the comments...💬
