It is always a good thing to be honoured while you are still alive. Atleast that way you can see the honour and feel appreciated for the work you're doing.
Ofcourse you will be encouraged to continue doing more good as you know that there are people who truly appreciates your work.
Now,two music artists will see that their work was not in vain as they got honoured on Friday evening.
Maskandi legend, Khuzani Mpungose and gospel star, Babo Ngcobo receive their honour at the event called Masiqoqane Durban July Maskandi Festival,in Durban station at Durban.
These celebrities got honoured by the organisation which lobbies against the abuse of people living with albinism, Masiqoqane Albinism Foundation.
The founder and chairperson of this organisation, Andile 'MC Pholobas' Ngcobo said they took the decision to honour these two as they have played a vital role in their campaign.
Many artists entertained the crowd throughout the night which includes Babo, Khuzani, Zakwe, Duncan, Dr Bone, Amageza Amahle, Amavikelambuso, Gadla Nxumalo and many more.
Former Ukhozi FM presenter,Linda Sibiya was amongst the host.
